FAQs About Transition
What should I bring on the first day?
Just your schoolbag, a notebook, and your pencil case! We’ll explain everything else once you arrive.
Will I have the same teachers every day?
No, you’ll have different teachers for each subject. Don’t worry though – you’ll quickly get used to your timetable, and we’ll help you keep track of where to go and who is who!
What if I get lost?
It’s completely normal to feel unsure of where things are at first, but don’t worry! Your teachers, LSAs, and older students will be happy to help you find your way.
Supporting Parents Too
We know this is a big transition for parents as well, which is why we offer a range of resources and support for families. From regular communication with your child’s Care Teams to school events where you can meet other parents, we’re here to make sure you feel as confident as your child during this exciting time.
