Things can go wrong online but there’s always somewhere you can go for help and support. If you run into trouble it’s important you know what to do and how to get help.

 

Shared something you shouldn’t?

Do you know how to get pictures removed from Facebook or videos taken off YouTube? Know how to limit what you share on BBM? Find out how to take control here.

 

Sexual chat making you feel uncomfortable?

Is someone you met online chatting about sex and making you feel uncomfortable? Are they asking you to do things you don’t want to on webcam or pressurising you into meeting up? Are they asking for naked pictures or videos? Are they threatening you?

Bullying online can make you feel scared, upset and embarrassed. If someone is sending you nasty texts, posting mean things about you or leaving hurtful comments it can be really upsetting. You don’t have to put up with this. There are things you can do and there are lots of people who can help.
